Amber Anay
Amber is an Athletic Energist™ who assists in helping individuals recover and mend from their injuries through her expertise in Kinesiology and Metaphysics. Amber holds a PhD. In Kinesiology with a minor in Sport Management, a PhD in Metaphysics, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), a Masters in Sport Management (MS), a Masters in Divinity Studies (MSDS), a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Coaching (BS), and a Bachelors in Business Administration (BS).
Amber is also a Licensed Massage Therapist Board Certified (LMT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Holistic Pathologist, Certified Crystal and Gemstone Therapist, Certified in Sport Kinesiology Taping and a Certified Energetic Bodywork and Polarity Therapist.
Amber's combined expertise and in-depth study of the body’s energy systems led to creating a method which moves energy out of injured or damaged areas of the body. Moving energy out of these systems gives the body a boost in the repair process. Which science has proven our bodies are wired to heal.
Amber can work remotely, making it convenient to work on clients anywhere. Amber’s passion for working on people and animals began with her own healing journey, where she worked on herself, when others had counted her out, and healed from ailments which otherwise could have been considered terminal.
Amber’s desire is to aid others in their healing process so they can move past their situation and enjoy their lives.
When Amber is not working, she is involved in gymnastics, skateboarding, soccer, hockey, weight training, pilates, yoga, baseball, surfing, MMA, running, football, aerial hoops and aerial silks.
