Energetic Kinesiology is a term Amber combined and is best described by using these definitions from the Merriam-Webster dictionary:

Kinetic: Of or relating to the motion of material bodies and the forces and energy associated there with.

 

Energy: A fundamental entity of nature that is transferred between parts of a system in the production of physical change within the system and usually regarded as the capacity for doing work.

Kinesiology: The study of the principles of mechanics and anatomy in relation to human movement.

​

So Energetic Kinesiology is the use of principles of kinesiology and energy found within the body's systems to transfer and release stuck energy within those systems.

Amber's combined education and skills led to the development of the techniques she uses to assist in injury recovery.  Amber works with athletes and non athletes alike of all ages. She also works with animals.
