Jasper, Amber's dog is a senior chocolate Chihuahua Schipperke mix. He was a rescue and was adopted as a puppy. Jasper had a multitude of eating issues among various other abuse traumas which he experienced prior to his adoption. Jasper was set to be euthanized at a pound, when a rescue saved him and Amber adopted him soon after. She has worked on him energetically for years and Jasper is now a healthy, happy and personable guy, who loves long walks on the beach, just not a big fan of the water. Jasper is also a sports fan (we won't include his teams, so we don't offend anyone) and enjoys the occasional pup cup or pizza crust. Jasper's passion is streaming his favorite teams on his mobile devices, and sunbathing.

Amber also adopted a jet black Labrador Retriever German Shepherd mix named Chief, that was a 110 pound angel of a dog. Chief passed away of old age but has never been forgotten. Chief is part of Amber's inspiration for assisting animals on their recovery journey. Chief was a hugger and would wrap his big body around anyone he could sense was upset, which included fellow animals. Chief reminded Amber that compassion is innately ingrained in the heart and she offers her energy work to all animals.
